You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.
How you will contribute You will: Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships withthose you support Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes Help coordinate for culture building and engagement initiatives for the site Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Background/Education in Human Resources Experience in Admin/HR Support roles Highly developed customer service orientation Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills Office (Excel, Word, Power
Point) Attention to detail combined with proactive attitude, very good communication andinterpersonal skills Excellent teamwork and able to anticipate needs and respond accordingly How you will contribute Be a part of People team and work in close collaboration withemployeesatthe plant.
Fulladministrativesupport ofvisits to the plant.
Provide administrative supportto theplantmanagementand core employees,executingactivitiesandbuildaneffective relationshipwiththose yousupport.
Facilitatecommunication and feedback channel of theplant, managing plants Communication boards, TVs, etc Creating all the communication materials, including monthly newsletter,announcements,and informative postings.
Implementing andassistingon employeeengagement andrecognition programs, organizing team-building activities and social events and all the employee celebrations at the plantfor different shifts(including night and weekend).
Improve,completeand updatereportsandmaintainsystems and data.
Perform duties as needed related to budget,expensesand purchasingprocesses.
Responsible for office supplies stationary, coffee,etcand keeping office in order.
Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and companypolicy.
Coordinate alllogisticsfor events, meetings, training, etc. whererequired, food arrangements.
Assisting the HR lead on various projects, undertakeadditionalprojects and tasks as requested.
What you willbring -adesire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Education: university degree or college diplomain HR is required.
Tech-savvy,very comfortablein using
Office (Excel, Word, Power
Point, Forms), Teams,etc.
Previousexperience in administration or HR support roles.
Highly developed customer service orientation, caring attitude.
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
Attention to detail combined with proactive attitude,very goodcommunication,andinterpersonalskills.
Excellent teamwork and able toanticipateneeds and respondaccordingly.
Curious and engaged personality,comfortable with rapidly changing and fast paced environment,eager to implementnew ideas, and consistently support well-workedpreviousones.
Salary and Benefits: The expected base salary range for this position is $59,800 to $74,750 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 6% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
