Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to provide interim support to the Marketing team.

This role focuses on coordinating product launches, managing marketing documentation, supporting day-to-day operations, and facilitating communication across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance teams.

This is a 5 day in office position located in Scarborough, near Sheppard/Markham Road.

Responsibilities: Support the execution of product launches and marketing initiatives.

Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

Prepare and maintain product launch materials, sales tools, presentations, and supporting documentation.

Manage pricing sheets, product forms, item agreements, and other business documentation.

Maintain files, records, and content within Share

Point and internal systems.

Support reporting, tracking, and administrative activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, secure approvals, and support project execution.

Assist with retailer presentations, customer-facing materials, and internal communications.
