The Role Your role In the Data Center Management role, you will lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of data center facilities that support critical customer environments.

This role focuses on day-to-day operational excellence, facilities readiness, and coordination across technical and facilities teams to ensure availability, performance, and compliance.

Success is measured through uptime, incident prevention, audit readiness, and the consistent delivery of operational outcomes aligned to customer requirements.

What you will do Manage daily data center operations including power, cooling, space, and environmental controls Oversee preventive maintenance and operational procedures to maintain availability and resilience Coordinate facility activities with infrastructure, network, storage, and platform teams Lead incident response for facilities related events and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements across the data center Manage vendor performance for facilities services and maintenance activities Plan and track capacity for power, cooling, and floor space based on demand forecasts Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and audit evidence Support customer engagements by translating availability and performance requirements into operational actions Your Future at Kyndryl We have opportunities that you wont find anywhere else, including hands-on experience and learning opportunities.
