Our Ottawa based client is seeking experiencedSAP Delivery Lead (Fit to Standard) to join their project on a long term contract.

The ideal candidates should have Canadian security clearance of at least Reliability level, with Secret preferred.

This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of in office scheduled days to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops to map business needs to SAP best practices.

Enforce standardization, minimizing customizations and scope creep.

Manage end-to-end delivery timelines, milestones, and cross-workstream dependencies.

Coordinate functional, technical, and integration teams under the Fit-to-Standard principle.

Oversee configuration of standard SAP processes (SAP S/4HANA).

Conduct gap analysis and approve only justified deviations.

Govern change requests to prevent scope expansion.

Lead testing (unit, integration, UAT) using SAP Activate methodology.

Act as escalation point for delivery risks and issues.

Ensure cutover, go-live, and hyper care readiness.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
