Position Summary: As a Fitness Coach , you are the heartbeat of the Orangetheory experience.

Youll lead high-energy classes, provide expert guidance, and motivate members to reach their full potential all while delivering a scientifically-backed workout that drives results.

Key Responsibilities: Lead group workouts that combine treadmill, rowing, and strength floor exercises in a high-energy setting.

Use OTconnect and heart rate zone data to provide a personalized experience for each member.

Offer exercise modifications and ensure proper form to promote safety and effectiveness.

Motivate, educate, and engage members of all fitness levels throughout each session.

Support studio operations by performing cleaning tasks, resetting equipment, and maintaining a secure, tidy studio environment.

Help foster a strong studio community and positive member relationships.

Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding customer service and support daily studio operations and sales.

Qualifications: Current Personal Training, Group Fitness, or related certification (Can

FitPro, ACE, NASM,



ISSA, etc.).

Post Secondary Education Diploma or equivalent in related field required Educational background in kinesiology, exercise science, fitness, healthcare, or wellness is a strong asset. CPR/AED certification 1-2 years of Prior group fitness or personal training experience required Strong knowledge of human movement, fitness programming, and exercise science.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
