Position Requirements Bachelors degree in business administration, operations management, industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain, economics, or a related field.

Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.

Minimum three years of experience in customer service or operational support, preferably in a distribution or healthcare environment.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other office productivity tools.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
