We have a great opportunity for an Accountant to join a well-established, mid-sized growing organization in the West End GTA.

The company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented accounting professional with strong full-cycle accounting experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the month-end close process, managing day-to-day accounting activities, and assisting with financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.

Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring payroll is completed accurately and in compliance with applicable legislation and company policies.

Training will be provided if required.

Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.

Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and supporting analyses.

Process customer payments and supplier invoices, ensuring timely collections and vendor payments.

Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.





Prepare and file HST returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax and financial reporting requirements.

Support external audits, maintain accurate accounting records, and ensure effective internal controls.

Partner with internal departments to improve financial processes and provide accounting support across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills Diploma or Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation or enrollment in the CPA program is considered an asset.

Minimum 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.

Experience with accounting software (e.g., Quick

Books, Sage, or similar ERP systems).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
