and scheduling criteria Ensure timely preparation and staging of work orders and materials for upcoming 24 hours Maintain adherence to manufacturing schedules, promptly addressing any deviations Conduct Root Cause Analysis with corrective actions and follow through on implementing the actions required Monitor employee attendance and performance, conducting semi-annual reviews and monthly team meetings Enforce discipline and compliance with company policies Monitor and uphold the integrity of production data Assign production personnel to operate equipment based on production needs Coordinate press approvals / trials with key personnel
