Our Opening and Your Responsibilities As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, calibration, certification, troubleshooting, and repairs of industry-related products at customer sites across the GTA.

You will also configure and program interfaces between control devices, resolve first-line customer service issues, complete service documentation accurately, and lead equipment modernization and upgrade efforts.

What You''ll Do: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and calibration on X-Rays, Metal Detectors and Checkweighers at customer sites, following established procedures and safety standards.

Troubleshoot basic issues and support installations, projects, and repairs as needed.

Ensure customer uptime requirements are met and that PM work at assigned accounts are completed on time Complete system configuration and testing prior to delivery Provide technical solutions consultant and application support to the customer and the sales force Responsible for resolving first line customer complaints and invoicing problems Maintain your company vehicle and assigned parts inventory in a clean, organized, and compliant manner This position is an existing vacancy within our company. What You Need to Succeed A two-year college diploma in Engineering/Mechanical/Electronics/Instrumentation Technology OR equivalent education and experience in a technical support role, technical troubleshooting or technical installation in industrial electronics, or electromechanical technology industry.

Competent in using PCs, smartphones, and mobile applications, skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Able to learn proprietary METTLER TOLEDO software to review and update information.
