Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst Location: Toronto, Ontario Duration: 06-12 Months Hourly Rate -45. CAD/Hr Job Description: Required Skills & Qualifications 7 years of Business Systems Analysis experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and draw.io.

Knowledge of supply chain replenishment processes.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple project deadlines.

Must be a self-starter and able to ask relevant questions.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications Agile methodology certification is an asset.

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is an asset.

Retail background is an asset but not mandatory.





Day-to-Day Responsibilities Understand and document current business processes and requirements.

Translate requirements into user stories in an agile environment using Jira and Confluence.

Develop comprehensive user test cases, execute them, and document the results.

Participate in the design, development, and implementation of a given system.

Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to ensure the system meets business needs and expectations.

Oversee the Quality Assurance function to ensure the current system performs as expected and adheres to quality standards.

Use MS Office and draw.io to create reports and visual representations of system processes.

Apply supply chain Transportation knowledge.

Perform other duties as assigned, in addition to the ones listed above.
