Job Summary We are seeking a driven Contact Center Sales Specialist for an on-site, temp-to-hire opportunity in North York, ON.

This role is ideal for a confident phone-based sales professional who enjoys outbound calling, consultative selling, and turning customer conversations into closed sales.

As a Contact Center Sales Specialist, you will represent telecommunications products and services, connect with new and existing customers, recommend plans, upgrades, additional lines, devices, and promotions, and help drive revenue in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities - Make proactive outbound calls to new and existing customers to generate sales opportunities for plan upgrades, additional lines, devices, and related telecom solutions.



- Identify customer needs through consultative conversations and recommend the right products, offers, and promotions. - Handle objections professionally, ask for the sale, and close qualified opportunities with confidence. - Complete post-sale follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction, address concerns, and uncover additional sales opportunities. - Manage a high daily call volume while meeting quality, compliance, and productivity expectations. - Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to a competitive and collaborative team environment.

Compensation and Benefits - Pay rate: $20 to $22 per hour. - Annual salary range provided: $41,600 to $45,760 per year. - Job type: Temp-to-hire. - Schedule: Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. - Work arrangement: On-site. - Location: North York, ON M2N 0G3.
