Role Description Were hiring a full-time Customer Service Consultant for our North York team (hybrid or in-office).

In this role, youll be the friendly go-to person for our clients-answering calls, responding to emails, and meeting with them in person to understand their staffing needs and deliver fast, reliable solutions.

Youll ensure customer satisfaction, improve the overall service experience, and resolve any concerns with care.

Youll also connect with job seekers, maintain accurate records of interactions, and collaborate with other departments to keep everything running smoothly.

What youll do Be the first point of contact for our clients: connect with them by phone, email, and in person to understand their needs and deliver quick, friendly service Build lasting relationships: support clients with quick solutions, regular updates, and proactive follow-ups that keep their business running smoothly Keep the day flowing: coordinate schedules, confirmations,
