Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our team as soon as possible.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role involves managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and mentoring two direct reports in purchasing and project management.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can wear multiple hats in a dynamic business environment, align with the companys long-term vision, and contribute to financial and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Supervise and mentor two direct reports: Purchasing and Project Managers Collaborate with leadership to align financial goals with business strategy Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and operational improvements Ensure month-end close processes, payroll,
