Center), you will help ensure continuous global security support by monitoring and assessing risks across the Americas region, providing expert guidance to business stakeholders, travellers, and local security teams.

You will play a critical role in incident and crisis management, coordinating response efforts to protect employees and business operations worldwide.

Through strong stakeholder partnerships, process improvements, and collaboration with internal and external security networks, you will help strengthen Mercedes-Benzs global security resilience and operational excellence. Center) coverage as part of a /7 global support model.

Monitor and assess global security developments, with a focus on the Americas region, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation measures.

Respond to security incidents and support incident management activities in accordance with established procedures and protocols.

Prepare security briefings, threat assessments, reports, presentations, and other intelligence products for senior leaders and business stakeholders.

Track, document, and analyse security incidents, cases, and emerging trends.

Travel Security, Emergency & Crisis Support (%) Support travel and expatriate security Programs, including travel risk assessments and related security processes.

Provide security guidance to employees and business partners on travel security, event protection, and emergency preparedness.





Support regional and global crisis management activities during significant incidents and emergency events.

Project, Process & Security Program Management (%) Lead and support projects that enhance security operations, Programs, and team effectiveness.

Manage and continuously improve assigned security processes, procedures, guidelines, and work instructions.

Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of corporate security Programs.

Knowledge Sharing & Stakeholder Engagement (5%) Promote knowledge sharing by communicating lessons learned, best practices, and security insights across the region.

Support the implementation and adoption of security standards and incident management processes.

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external security partners.

Qualifikationen Mercedes-Benz Star skills, requirements & traits: Bachelors degree in Security Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 35 years of experience in corporate security, intelligence, crisis management, risk management, or a related discipline.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to assess risks and provide practical recommendations.

Excellent communication skills, with experience preparing reports, briefings, and presentations for diverse audiences.

Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across regions and functions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power

Point, and Word.

Interest in global affairs, geopolitical developments, and emerging security trends.

Knowledge of travel security, intelligence analysis, incident management, or crisis response is an asset.

Experience with OSINT, data analytics, AI technologies, digitalization initiatives, or intelligence tools is an asset.

Fluency in English is required; German and/or Spanish language skills are an asset.

Over hours in special situations, if needed.

Travel, as required.
