Main Responsibilities Assisting our customers with their payments/billing Execute changes to customer auto and home insurance policies Communicate with car dealerships and lawyers offices Follow up on underwriting documentation requests Liaise with the Desjardins Marketing Representative Email correspondence Answer customer incoming phone calls Provide overall excellent customer service experience.

Qualifications OTL License is preferred, but not required at hiring LLQP Life Insurance License is preferred,
