We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to lead our Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) Flavours Communications, who will champion 7UP & MOUNTAIN DEW growth in Canada. A change leader and influencer, this role will set the agenda, be a strong people champion and ensure strength of execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results.

Away from Home and Shopper Marketing teams to ensure strong customer pull-thru and executional excellence for all programs Lead communication with Field Sales organization on brand initiatives during key meetings Effectively lead and deliver strong execution against brand plans to meet key business targets (volume, gross sales, profitability, equity spend) Work proactively with key business partners to identify key variances affecting brand and business performance and recommend/execute actionable solutions Coach, motivate and lead 1 direct report.

Qualifications Bachelor''s Degree required; preferably in business/marketing.

Proven track record of analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.

Demonstrated success in superior consumer marketing.

Proven ability to build solid relationships with key stakeholders and influence at all levels.

Highly business-savvy with a keen eye for opportunities.

People management experience is preferred.
