The ideal candidate will support enterprise-scale telecom and network performance monitoring, ensuring high availability, reliability, and operational excellence across complex network environments.

Familiarity with OSS/BSS environments TELCO vendor or carrier experience preferred (e.g., Tier 1 or Tier 2 telecom operators) Scripting or automation experience (Python, Shell, etc.) Security clearance preferred Day-to-Day Responsibilities Implement, configure, and optimize Sev
