You''re genuinely transforming how construction businesses run their finances Responsibilities Consult with construction business clients to understand their current accounting workflows and operational processes Configure our software to match how each client actually runs their business not the other way around Build operational business playbooks that reflect gold standards in construction accounting and project management Deliver software implementations on time, managing client timelines and expectations throughout the process Run training sessions, Q&A; calls,



and go-live support primarily via Zoom Explain complex accounting functionality clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Manage a book of 1012 active clients once fully ramped, building long-term relationships with each one Collaborate internally with Client Success, Account Management, and Technical teams on escalations and support Prepare and follow up on software customization specifications to ensure client acceptance Qualifications Must Have Solid accounting background we have successfully hired from public accounting, audit, managerial accounting, and project accounting.

Construction accounting experience is a significant bonus but not a requirement.

What we cannot accommodate is someone with no accounting background whatsoever.
