This is a hands-on role where your leadership matters - youll guide your team, ensure work is done right, and represent Oakridges commitment to quality on every site.

Location: Hamilton, ON.

What We Offer: Competitive pay: $28-$33 per hour, based on experience.

Company-matching RRSP program after 1 year Job Responsibilities: Leading and managing a crew of 3-5 Performing hands-on work: mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, raking, edging, and general clean-up.

Communicating with clients and supervisors to ensure work meets expectations.

Motivating your team, solving problems on the fly, and keeping things running smoothly.





What Were Looking For: Valid G Class Drivers License and clean abstract. 5+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience. 3+ years in a leadership or foreperson role.
