How you will contribute You will: Assistwith the cultural transformationregarding

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) to help drive plant to achieve Zero accidents and Incidents Support implementation of all HSE programs and processes Support execution of annual plans for facility/function wide HSE initiatives Provide Health, Safety and Environmentexpertisefor the facility/functions and for all new projects and change management activities Support completion ofappropriate riskassessments, and ensure follow ups implemented to minimize oreliminateincidents or asset losses that might cause harm to one of the companys employees, contractors, visitors Participate in investigations to understand all elements of incidents Support Root Cause Analysis to ensure identification and closure ofidentifiednon-conformances toeliminatereoccurrences Support development of technical guidance programs toidentifyand remove physical hazards` Support the site in its integrated lean six sigma IL6S journey by helping to implement the tools to build a stronger culture What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Experience as a Health, Safety and Setting Professional preferably within a manufacturing or commercial environment Knowledge of legislation, regulations, and standards related to Environment and Safety Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels Strong multi-tasking and time management skills to meet deadlines Computerproficiencyin Microsoft Office (word, excel etc.) and other software programs Ability to work independently and as a team Salary and Benefits: The expected base salary range for this position is $84,500 to $105,650 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program.
