adhering to safety and quality standards Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize repair tasks efficiently Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and log work performed Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while conducting maintenance and repairs Qualifications To join our team: Valid 421A Heavy Equipment Technician License Previous experience as a 421A Mechanic , preferably in a industrial setting Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues Solid commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations Physical ability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and working in various weather conditions
