Concept2, a world leader in rowing, skiing, cycling, and strength fitness equipment, as well as composite racing oars, is seeking a motivated and technically inclined Customer Service Representative to join our Canadian team.

This role combines customer support with technical troubleshooting and product expertise in a professional, team-oriented environment.

You will communicate with customers by phone, email, web, and occasionally in person, helping diagnose and resolve mechanical and electronic product issues while documenting customer feedback and identifying opportunities for product improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or product support,



along with strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience troubleshooting mechanical or electronic systems is preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or ticketing systems is required.

Experience supporting technical consumer products, a rowing or fitness background, and French language skills are considered assets.

Compensation includes a salary of $50,000-$60,000 CAD, plus participation in a quarterly performance-based incentive program that can significantly increase total earnings.
