Requirements 35 years of sales leadership experience within construction materials, building products, roofing, or distribution environments.
Robust understanding of commercial and residential construction sales processes.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Experience developing customer relationships and driving business growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
Ability to analyze sales performance data and translate insights into action plans.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications is considered an asset.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
