Independent Cleaning Subcontractor Apartment Turnovers Location: Cornwall, ON (and surrounding area) Position Type: Independent Contractor / Project

Based Overview We are seeking reliable and detailoriented Cleaning Subcontractors to support ongoing multiresidential apartment turnover and renovation projects in the Cornwall area.

This role is ideal for professionals experienced in deep cleaning and unit preparation in fastpaced environments.

All work is assigned using a preapproved pricing structure no quoting required with consistent biweekly payments .

Scope of Work The subcontractor will be responsible for cleaning and preparing apartment units for occupancy or turnover, including but not limited to: Full deep cleaning of vacant apartment units Postrenovation and postconstruction cleaning Kitchen cleaning (appliances, cabinets, countertops, sinks) Bathroom cleaning (toilets, tubs, showers, tile, mirrors) Floor cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, debris removal) Dusting and wipedown of all surfaces, trim, doors, and fixtures Interior window and glass cleaning Removal of debris, garbage, and leftover construction materials Final movein ready detailing Coordinating with site supervisors and other trades Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Pricing & Payment Structure (Important) All work is completed using a preapproved,
