Co Foods Canada has a current opening at the Frito Lay Facility in Cambridge, ON fora Licensed

Millwright .

Compensation: $;per hour (Plus shift premiums) Shift: Rotating Continental Shift, 2 weeks days 6am to 6pm, 2 weeks nights 6pm to 6am.

What you can expect from us: Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits tailored to support your well-being A dynamic and inclusive culture that promotes you to bring your whole self to work A supportive and collaborative team invested in your growth and development An opportunity to be meaningful and impactful within your work and projects An organization that aims to use their scale, reach and expertise to build a more sustainable world Responsibilities Performing preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment to ensureoptimalperformance and reduce unplanned downtime Carrying out assigned daily maintenance tasks with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency Responding quickly and effectively to emergency breakdowns and troubleshooting issues as they arise Supporting root cause analysis efforts and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures Work collaboratively with operators and other skilled trades across the site to identify and mitigate downtime, safety risks, and quality concerns Communicating clearly during shift handovers and team meetings to ensure smooth coordination across teams and work orders Demonstrating strong troubleshooting abilities and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Manage through emergency breakdowns Qualifications Mandatory: Must hold a valid Millwright (433A) license in the province of Ontario A secondary trade license (,



Electrical, Welding) is an asset and may qualify for additionalcompensation High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required Ability to use machine shop equipment and weld Strong work ethic, with a positive attitude and motivation to succeed in a team environment Physically capable of lifting upto 50lbsasrequired Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset with a focus on safety, efficiency, and reliability Solid communication skills and basic computer literacy (, entering work orders, logging maintenance tasks) Prior experience working with production or packaging equipment in a food manufacturing environment is preferred Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and recording hours Must be adaptable and available to work rotating shifts,including weekends and holidays, as required by the operation Power the Brands People Love From the products on shelves to themomentsconsumers share every day, Pepsi
