Availability Requirements Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30am Flexibility to work Saturdays as required What You''ll Do as an Appliance Repair Technician Provide accurate and timely diagnosis and identify parts required, referencing the appropriate manuals, schematics and websites Strive to maximize a high percentage of repairs without replacing parts Coordinate with the Parts Team to obtain required components, replace defective parts, and return failed components as required Complete and maintain accurate paperwork and documentation, service records, and system date entries in a timely and organized manner Deliver high-quality repairs with a strong first-time completion rate while minimizing errors, rework, and repair turnaround times Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a qualified approach in all interactions What We''re Looking For Grade 12 diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education, training,
