Champion support for the homeless with Blue Door as a Community Outreach Coordinator in a hybrid setting. Elevate fundraising efforts and enhance community participation through effective relationships.

In this full time permanent role, you will support Blue Door's mission by leading fundraising events and establishing strong community outreach programs. Reporting to the Resource Development Manager, you will coordinate the Coldest Night of the Year event while fostering relationships with third-party fundraisers.

Your strong organizational skills and interpersonal communication will be essential in engaging volunteers and managing donor relations throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and lead signature fundraising events




- Recruit and support event planning committees and volunteers
- Engage community at various outreach events
- Develop donor stewardship strategies
- Monitor and report on event progress and outcomes

Requirements:

- Degree in fundraising, event management, or related area
- 1-2 years of event planning or individual giving experience
- Proficient in communication and relationship management
- Familiar with donor management tools
- Valid driver's license and travel capability
