Your role will be vital in navigating the Collective Bargaining Agreement and supporting workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide HR guidance on labour relations matters
- Support grievance management and workplace investigations




- Implement health and safety training programs
- Monitor compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with site leadership to enhance employee engagement

Requirements:

- Five years of progressive HR experience preferred
- Experience in a unionized setting and complex operational issues
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to influence operational leaders effectively
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across Alberta
