Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. iscurrently looking for dynamic, hardworking Commercial HVAC Journeyperson (313A) to join our Mechanical Projectsteam for work in Brampton and across the Greater Toronto Area.

Total compensation between $157,000 and $167,000 per year, including: Base pay dependenton level of experience($61.36 with GT2 and $65.60with GT1) Benefits package including Medical/ Dental/ Vision/ Health Care Spending Account insurance programs 10% Vacation/Stat Holiday pay to start RRSP matching program Profit sharing program Life insurance for you and your family Uniform allowance &Toolloan; program Training opportunities through our Learning Management System Career development opportunities Responsibilities: Installation and commissioning of various HVAC equipment including: Packaged RTU, MUA Units, Cooling Towers, Ductless Splits, Chillers, Boilers Test HVAC equipment components and connections for issues Observe and test system operation using gauges and test instruments and make necessary adjustments to ensure safe and reliable system operations Estimate, order and install materials required to successfully complete project scope of work Keep accurate records of installation and commissioning reports Work with the service team assisting with service calls and maintenances as required Requirements:



313A Refrigeration and A/C Systems Mechanic licence required GT2Gas Technician license required, (GT1 preferred) and ODP certification Brazing Certification (TSSA) Minimum 4-5 years experience as an HVAC Journeyperson/ Apprentice with experience in commercial & industrial environments Ability to provide exceptional customer service through clear and consistent verbal communication and detailed written reporting Completion of Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform training considered an asset Valid Ontario Drivers licence and insurable on our fleet policy Ability to obtain a clean security clearance check Robust communication and interpersonal skills Mechanical and electrical skills;Computer aptitude Accessibility for Applicants: Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is committed to providing an inclusive and barrier-free workplace that reflects the communities we serve.
