Key Responsibilities: - Accurately bid jobs based on project scopes. - Interpret and analyze blueprints to guide project planning. - Manage demolition projects ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

What We''re Looking For: - Strong background in commercial demolition, with proven management experience. - Expertise in blueprint reading. - Skilled in project estimation and management. - Ability to bid jobs confidently and accurately. - Valid driver''s license and access to a vehicle. - Familiarity with estimating software is a definite plus.

Pay is Contract-to-Hire: Will start as pay per project with potential to be brought on full time after first 2-3 projects.
