Shift Schedule Candidates must be available to rotate through all three shifts on a mandatory two-week rotation: Days: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Afternoons: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM Overnights: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM (Sunday night start) Pay rate: $22.88/hour with Shift premiums What You''ll Do Operate slitting equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
Load and unload material rolls.
Perform quality inspections, including measurements, print quality, web tension, and defect identification.
Remove defects and splice material when required.
Package, label, bag, and palletize finished products according to customer specifications.
Complete production documentation and enter data accurately into the system.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all food safety, quality, GMP, SQF, and company operating procedures.
What We''re Looking For Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience in a food packaging, printing, converting, or production environment is considered an asset.
Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Strong math and communication skills.
Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions.
Comfortable using hand tools and cutting tools.
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well in a team setting.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for most of the shift.
