HUB International continues to grow and looking for a strong Commercial Lines Account Associate to support our SME Practice.

This is a great opportunity to work with an experienced and dedicated team of HUB professionals on our SME Portfolio including small, medium, enterprise business, nonprofit and programs..

Your focus will be on the retention of these accounts and their growth.

We are looking for someone with strong administration support and customer service.

**What You’ll Do**
Provide our internal and external clients with prompt, courteous and professional service including handling coverage inquiries and processing client requests.

Timely preparation of documents such as letters, certificates, confirmation of insurance, client renewal packages, policies, submissions, binders and summaries.

Accurately process endorsements, invoicing of transactions and generating reports using various program systems.

Calculate adjustments and premiums on policies and other insurance documents;
Assist in collection of Accounts Receivables while adhering to HUB International’s file management standards
Participate in training and professional development courses to enhance skills and industry knowledge
Take a proactive approach to working directly with our clients & carrier partners on renewals and endorsement.

Provide additional support to the SME Account Managers, SME Account Assistants and SME Leadership as required
**What You’ll Need for Success**
Minimum 1 to 2 years of administrative support experience
RIBO (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario) license Required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire




Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience in Epic or similar insurance brokerage management system an asset
Strong customer service skills with professionals
Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimum supervision
Strong attention to detail, time management and analytical skills.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

_The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
