Insight Global is seeking an experienced Workday Delivery Manager to support a large-scale Workday transformation initiative.

This individual will be responsible for driving day-to-day project execution, partnering closely with delivery teams, business stakeholders, technical resources and end clients to ensure successful implementation and data migration activities.

The ideal candidate is highly hands-on, delivery-focused, and comfortable operating within Agile environments while remaining close to the execution of the work.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise application implementations.

Proven experience delivering Workday projects in a hands-on capacity.

Strong background managing project execution rather than operating solely at the program level.

Demonstrated experience leading data migration, data conversion, or data transformation initiatives within Workday environments.

Experience partnering directly with delivery teams, functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Strong risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing project schedules, budgets, dependencies, and deliverables.

Excellent communication and executive reporting abilities.
