**Job Title: Quality Assistant**
**Job Description**
Join our warehouse team as a Quality Assistant in an ongoing contract role that involves a mix of light labor and general administrative tasks.

You will support our operations by ensuring quality standards are met, contributing to both the physical and administrative aspects of our processes.
**Responsibilities**
Perform physical inspections on inventory and ensure compliance with vendor contracts.

Label incoming and outgoing products and conduct acceptance verification.

Use a pallet jack to move larger items and participate in special projects such as over-labeling products.

Handle administrative tasks including filing, managing product release paperwork, and approving product inspections.
**Essential Skills**
Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Physics.

Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Experience with Excel.

Robust attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and regulatory standards.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Warehouse experience is highly preferred.

Experience in quality inspection is advantageous.

Experience in regulatory or compliance roles is beneficial for future opportunities.

The facility operates from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Thursday, totaling 30 hours a week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Steel-toed shoes and safety vests (provided) are required.

Join a small team of two other members, reporting to a supervisor based in Quebec.
