**Production Associate**
**Pay: $19/hr Days | $20.50/hr Nights**
**Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (2-2-3 Schedule)**
**• Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM**
**• Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM**
**What You'll Do**
Assemble small medical device components and sensors
Perform quality inspections and testing
Follow production procedures and complete documentation
Work in a clean room environment
**What We're Looking For**
Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
Excellent attention to detail and quality mindset
Good vision for inspecting fine parts and wiring
Ability to read, follow, and document procedures in English
Manufacturing, assembly, production, or general labor experience preferred
Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods
Available to work rotating day and night shifts
