Description Provide hands-on leadership for all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and service standards Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members and supervisors Lead by example during service, actively supporting the team during peak periods and high-volume shifts Foster a positive workplace culture built on accountability, teamwork, communication, and mutual respect Manage staffing levels, scheduling, labour deployment, and performance management initiatives Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and customer concerns, responding professionally and proactively Oversee reservations, waitlists, and guest communications to maximize operational flow and guest satisfaction Support retail operations, inventory management, merchandising initiatives, and sales growth opportunities Collaborate closely with culinary, beverage, and leadership teams to ensure seamless day-to-day execution Assist with planning and executing events, promotions, and community engagement initiatives Monitor labour performance, operational efficiencies, and departmental budgets while maintaining service excellence Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and liquor regulations Requirements 3+ years of leadership experience within restaurants, hospitality, breweries, resorts, hotels, or other guest-focused environments Proven ability to lead, coach,
