Responsibilities Coordinate and travel to conduct site visits throughout Atlantic Canada, attend site meetings, oversee site activities and provide quality control Assist with project progress and site reports Assist with shop drawings,



answering Contractor requests for information and issuing contract changes Assist with quality control/constructability reviews on drawings and specifications Collaborating and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team Qualifications 5-9 years experience with a focus on the construction phase of projects Sound technical and building envelope knowledge, strong understanding of codes, and familiarity with Nova Scotia construction practices Recognized credentials from a construction contract administration course or other equivalent training considered an asset Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows; REVIT software; AutoCAD software; Microsoft 365 setting; and Bluebeam and Adobe Reader Compensation: AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $77,400 $102,500 MB & ON: $70,600 $97,200 NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $69,900 $92,900 Disclosure: The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
