About the Opportunity

- Manage daily cash operations for Canadian Corporate Treasury, including cash positioning, account reconciliations, and reporting.
- Monitor daily cash activity and prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Administer and maintain the organization's treasury management system.
- Coordinate liquidity management initiatives, including cash pooling and intercompany funding activities.
- Serve as the primary liaison with banking partners, ensuring compliance with corporate banking policies.
- Manage and enhance the intercompany payment netting process.
- Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and documentation in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal control requirements.
- Prepare, review, and process a variety of domestic and international payments through electronic banking platforms.
- Manage bank account administration, including account maintenance and user access in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute short-term investment and foreign exchange (FX) transactions in accordance with treasury strategies and policies.
- Maintain supplier banking information and vendor records within the Supplier Maintenance Agreement system.
- Provide administration and employee support for the SAP Concur travel and expense management system.
- Support corporate credit card administration, including vendor code maintenance.
- Coordinate Fleet Program administration, including vehicle documentation, toll inquiries, fines, and related activities.
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Support internal control compliance, audit requirements, and ad hoc financial analysis.
- Drive process improvements by implementing lean accounting principles and identifying operational efficiencies.




- Participate in special projects and provide support to the Global Treasury Services team as required.

About You

- College diploma or post-secondary education in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a treasury, cash management, or corporate finance environment.
- Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and banking processes.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build effective relationships across departments and external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with treasury management systems, SAP Concur, or ERP systems is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of automation and productivity tools such as Power Query or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an asset.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.

Salary Range
$80,000 - $90,000/year
