As an Accounting Administrator , you''ll support day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, payroll support, and maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized accounting professional looking to expand their skills and build broad accounting experience within a fast-paced, collaborative, and growing multinational business.
Key Responsibilities include: Accounts Payable & Receivable Process vendor invoices, payments, customer invoices, and receipts.
Resolve discrepancies and follow up on outstanding accounts.
Maintain accurate supplier and customer records.
Banking & Reconciliations Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
Investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate cash records.
Payroll Support Assist with payroll processing, employee records, and expense reimbursements.
Month-End & Reporting Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
Support month-end/year-end close, audits, and reporting requirements.
Administration & Compliance Maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Support ERP initiatives, process improvements, and other accounting duties as required.
Who- the Candidate: Diploma, certificate, or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 25+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
How Much: The base salary depends on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience- $55,000 to $75,000 .
Plus benefits, paid time off, etc.
