QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Training And Experience A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Master''s degree in a relevant discipline such as Health Informatics, Statistics or Social Sciences and five (5) years'' progressive experience working in an analytical capacity in a health services environment.

Skills And Abilities Ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret clinical data using complex statistical concepts and methodologies and present complex information in a manner that meets client needs.

Proficiency with analytical software (including SQL, Excel, R, Tableau); experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products an asset.

Solid analytical and statistical skills.

Demonstrated knowledge of research design and methods.

Experience working with an enterprise data warehouse.

Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

Project management skills an asset.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Ability to multitask and handle competing demands.

Broad understanding of current issues, challenges and future directions of health care delivery in Canada.

Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
