ABOUT THE POSITION Support the PM team with project administration and coordination: RFIs, submittals, tracking logs, purchasing support, documentation, and schedule touchpoints.

Coordinate with site team, suppliers, and other trades to keep work fronts ready and constraints removed.

Keep communication tight and proactivebring issues forward early, not late. THE REQUIREMENTS 2+ years supporting construction projects (electrical background preferred).

Strong documentation habits (logs, follow-ups, nothing falls through the cracks).

Any exposure tohealthcare/institutionalstandards is a plus (but not mandatory).

Comfortable being on-site and working in a structured project environment.
