Your Role in Supporting Our Members: As a Senior Executive Assistant , you willact as a trusted partner andprovide high-level administrative support to the Executive Vice President (EVP), Inclusive Banking & Sustainable Wealth, and the Senior Vice President (SVP), Wealth Management.

This role is critical in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of senior leaders by managing complex schedules, coordinating key initiatives, preparing executive-level materials, and enabling seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders.

This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Executive Vice President, Inclusive Banking & Sustainable Wealth .

While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands How You''ll Makean Impact: Providing proactive executive support including complexinbox andcalendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, andlogistics Coordinating meetings, forums, and executive engagements across internal and external stakeholders Preparing high-quality executive-level materials, presentations, and communications Managing sensitive information, documents, and records with discretion and accuracy Tracking action items, commitments, andgovernancedeliverables to ensuretimelyfollow-through Streamlining processes andmaintainingorganized systems Coordinating budgets, expenses, invoices,



and vendorinteractions Building strong relationshipsacross business units andsupportingstakeholders acrossenterprise-wide initiatives Supporting special projects, ad hoc requests, and evolving business priorities What

Youll

Bring tothe Team: 510 years of experience supportingC-suite or executive leaders, preferably within a complex or regulated organization Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools Solid experience managing complex calendars, executive coordination, and meetinglogistics Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through Strong communicationskills with the ability to prepare polished executive-level materials Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Extra Skills That Set You Apart: Experience in financial services, wealth management, or sustainable finance environments Familiarity with governance processes,and boardor committee coordination Experience supporting enterprise-wide and cross-functionallevelinitiatives Youll

This role offersasalary rangeof $69,700to $ 90,200 per annum .

The basepay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills,previousexperience, and internal equity.

As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
