Job Description As an Enterprise Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and testing our end-to-end solutions while upholding the highest quality standards.

What we are looking for: Strong experience in backend development (e.g., C#, C++, or similar systems-level languages) Experience working with large-scale data systems and performance optimization (e.g., database design, query efficiency, caching strategies) Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architectures Experience debugging and optimizing high-throughput, low-latency systems Solid understanding of Windows and Linux-based development environments Excellent communication skills Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in a relevant field such as Computer engineering or science Desired Background/Knowledge/Skills: Experience with video systems, computer vision, or AI/ML pipelines (e.g., License Plate Recognition systems) Familiarity with image processing or handling large binary data (e.g., images in databases vs. object storage) Experience with containerization (Docker) and contemporary build systems Knowledge of cloud-connected systems and hybrid edge/cloud architectures Experience working with NoSQL or embedded databases (e.g., Berkeley DB or similar)



Ability to quickly understand complex existing systems and improve them Strong problem-solving skills, especially in diagnosing performance bottlenecks Experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g., with Camera, AI, and platform teams) Proactive mindset in identifying technical risks and proposing scalable solutions Environments that we work in: Visual Studios / Git Bitbucket Virtualization using both Docker and Kubernetes Target Base Salary Range:$120,000 CADD - $145,000 CAD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
