Point solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and other enterprise systems where required Participate in solution design, development, unit testing, quality assurance, deployment, and post-production support activities Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and implement fixes or enhancements within agreed timelines Prepare technical documentation such as Solution Design Documents, deployment guides, configuration notes, SOPs, and support handover documents Follow secure coding practices, coding standards, version control, release management, and client delivery processes Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, support task estimation, and provide technical inputs during sprint planning or project execution Keep up to date with Microsoft 365, Share

Point Online, SPFx, and Power Platform features and recommend improvements where applicable Communicate effectively with business users, analysts, and technical stakeholders Work independently, support team members,



and deliver assigned tasks as per committed deadlines Required Qualifications Minimum 7-10 years of IT development experience with strong hands-on exposure to Share
