Brandt is currently seeking a Shipper/Receiver for our Vernon Construction & Forestry location.

This position is responsible for assisting the parts department with the general shipping and receiving of goods. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Work in teams to loading trucks and sea containers with finished goods Inspecting crates and bundles for damage during the loading process Assist in counting of inventory as required Keeps area clean and in order at all times Must have the ability to perform work related duties outside in a safe and competent manner in adverse conditions, extreme heat/cold/ slippery conditions Forklift experience would be an asset but is not required Other duties as assigned #LI-onsite Required Skills Must be capable of working under minimum supervision Must be physically fit to manually handle all goods, steel and products as required Must have good communication skills and good attendance Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Required Experience Must be capable of working under minimum supervision Must be physically fit to manually handle all goods, steel and products as required Must have positive communication skills and good attendance Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
