Our network ishighly complexand is the combination of a service provider and a traditional enterprise that supports credit unions across Canada.

We are in the transformation stages of the traditional data center network to a hybrid mode including Azure and AWS.

This role will be working witha great teamof network analysts and having access to seasoned senior engineers to lean on.

The network analyst willbe responsible foranalyzing and monitoring network activity,identifyingnetwork issues, and implementing solutions to ensure the stability and performance of our network infrastructure.

Whatyou''llbe doing: Perform regular maintenance and updates to network hardware and software Planning and testing rollout of new network hardware and system releases Analyzing and monitoring network activity toidentifyissues and potential security risks.

Performingconsiderably complextroubleshooting of network systems in collaboration with other teams.

Developing,implementingand supporting a network environment consisting of data centers that are integrated into Azure and AWS.

Proactive involvement in incident resolution and root cause analysis.

Developing comprehensive operational procedures foron-goingsupport and change management.

Creating andmaintainingdocumentation for existing and new network systems using detailed diagrams Core Cisco routing and switching (802.1Q VLAN, QoS, HSRP, OSPF, BGP) configuration and support.

Firewallimplementation, configuration, and support (Cisco ASA and Palo Alto) Load balancing configuration and support (F5 Big IP) Network traffic analysis and troubleshooting Communication infrastructures, VPN (Global Protect), MPLS, etc.





Supporting a mixed Linux/Windows virtualized server environment.

Providing technicalexpertiseto variousprojectand product teams to implement standardized solutions.

Performing other duties as required to deliver exceptional service and to support Central 1s business goals Providing 24x7 on-call support in a customer-centric environment and resolving the more complex problems and interconnection issues with external service Whatyou''llhave: Required: 4+ years of enterprise network support experience Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and IPSec VPNs Experience with Cisco routing and switching Experience troubleshooting complex network issues Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred: CCNA or CCNP certification Palo Altofirewallexperience F5 BIG-IP experience Azure and/or AWS networking experience Hourly rate range is $65.00-$80.00 based on 35 hour work week The actual rate will bedeterminedbased on the successful candidates full competency in the role.
