Job Description About Working on a Floatel Land
Sea will be providing workforce catering and accommodation services for guests onboard the MV Isabelle, a 650-passenger Floatel.
At work, the crew is provided with accommodation, full meals, and WIFI, and can access health/gym facilities when off work.
We provide partial uniforms and help with the travel/reservations as needed to and from locations.

Perform resident check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, including room assignments, key card management, and orientation to vessel facilities.
Manage cabin reservations, occupancy changes, transfers, and departures using the property''s management system.
Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, radio communications, and guest inquiries.
Provide accurate information regarding vessel services, amenities, meal schedules, transportation, safety procedures, and site operations.
Handle resident requests, concerns, complaints, and special accommodation needs professionally, escalating issues when appropriate.
Operate and maintain the Floatel Commissary/Store, including processing sales, restocking merchandise, maintaining inventory levels, receiving deliveries, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Galley, Laundry,
Maintenance, Marine Operations, Security, and other departments to ensure a high standard of resident service and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate resident records, reports, and documentation using the property''s management system and other operational software.
Assist with transportation coordination, vessel arrivals and departures, luggage handling, and general guest logistics.
Assist with concierge-style services, including providing local information, transportation assistance, and coordinating special requests where applicable.
Assist with receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, parcels, and deliveries as required.
Ensure the Guest Services office, reception area, lobby, and commissary remain clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming at all times.
Follow all company policies, client requirements, health and safety procedures, security protocols, and emergency response procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support Guest Services and the overall operation of the Floatel.
Responsibilities and duties may be modified or expanded from time to time to meet operational requirements, business needs, and client expectations.

Sea and site-specific Orientation and Health and Safety Drug and Alcohol Clearance Criminal Record Check Clearance Health Questionnaire Valid Government Issued ID for travel if required Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems (e.g., Nomadis, Opera, Cloudbeds,
or similar) is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
