Operations Reports to: Rental & Retail Supervisor, Rental Assistant Supervisor Employment Status/Type: Seasonal, Full-Time/Part-Time Compensation:$;(alongside furtherperks) _____________________________________________________________________ JOBSYNOPSIS: Assistingin the daily operation of the rental shop.

Your primary goal is to provide a quality servicein order tohelp ensure guests have a secure and enjoyable experienceutilizingour rental equipment. IMMEDIATE REPORTS: None SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspection and maintenance of rental bindings, skis/snowboards, and boots.

Cash handling including processing transactions and cash out procedures.

Proper fitting and adjustment of rental equipment, for individuals, groups, and school groups.

Organizing equipment and name lists for daily school visits.

Responding to email/phone inquiriesina timelymannerm Waxing and edge sharpening ofguestsskis Repairs and service for guests in the repair shop.

Provide excellent guest relations.

Sales of parts products.

Assistancein the retail shop when needed.

Implementation of all risk management procedures as per Whitewater

Mountain Resort,Industryand equipmentmanufacture.

Champion a sustainable approach in daily operations, planning, and development.





Promote Whitewaters safety culture by reviewing and amending where necessary but not limited to: Department

Manuals, Employee Handbook.

Work to achieve department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) toassistin achieving organizational goals Embrace, promote and follow Whitewaters mission statement and values Maintain current knowledge of legal standardspertaining towaivers, equipment, safety regulations, and OHS practices.

Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities asrequiredfrom time to time REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION: Previousexperience in Rentals and Repairs and

Industry experience is an asset.

Knowledge ofskiand snowboard equipment.

Strong administrative capabilities including working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, Power

Point), POS systems and records management.

Perform other related duties,tasksand responsibilities asrequiredfrom time to time. SKILLS & ABILITIES: Excellent guest services skills.

Detail

Oriented.

Ability to work in afast-pacedenvironment.

Reasonable understanding of computerized Point-of-Sale systemsand Microsoft Office Suite.

Cash Handling Experience.
