SafeBC funded service designed to assist injured workers in safely returning to their pre-injury employment.
Duties include: Completion of job site visits & job demands analyses Developing & implementing graduated return to work plans Liaising with healthcare team members & case managers Implementing ergonomic strategies to facilitate durable RTW For those interested, the RTWSS caseload can be combined with an active rehab caseload Qualifications Minimum 1-year experience conducting job site visits Must have experience implementing GRTWs Drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working with insurance payers is an asset Experience with Work
