About the Position We are searching for a permanent Senior Data Analyst to join our Strategy and Analytics team. PBCs compensation program is built on a pay-for-performance philosophy, rewarding both individual and organizational achievements.

The typical hiring range for this position is$100,000 - $120,000 per year,



with the starting salary determined based on a combination of skills, education, experience, and internal equity.

As part of our total rewards package, youll be eligible for our annual bonus program.

Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact In this role, you sit at the center of decision making, where data, business understanding, and strategy all come together.

You start with large, complex datasets and bring structure to them using Python and SQL cleaning, transforming, and exploring the data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that are not immediately visible.

Key Experiences You Bring To This Role Bachelors degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of related experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.

Proficiency with SQL, Python, and/or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.

Proficiency with modern business intelligence tools such as Power BI (preferred), Tableau, and/or Looker for data visualization.

Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into meaningful recommendations.

Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with capacity to balance competing priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
